Welcome to MissionBoard ("Service"), operated by MissionBoard ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service at missionboard.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.

Eligibility

You must be 13+ (or legal age in your jurisdiction). Businesses: Ensure compliance with internal policies.

Your Account

• Create an account with your email and a password (minimum 6 characters), or sign in with Google. Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never accessible in plaintext.
• Connect third-party services (e.g., Google) at your risk—revoke anytime.
• Keep info accurate; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Use of Service

• Permitted: Personal dashboard creation, module use (e.g., calendar fetches).
• Prohibited: Illegal use, reverse-engineering, spamming, or exceeding fair use (e.g., no automated scraping).
• IP: You own your dashboards; we own the Service. Grant us a license to host/deliver.

Third-Party Integrations

We facilitate connections (e.g., Google Calendar) but aren't liable for their services. Review their terms/policies.

Fees & Payments

Currently free; future paid features via [payment processor]. No refunds unless required by law.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service "AS IS"—no warranties. We limit liability to $100 max. Not liable for third-party data inaccuracies or outages.

Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations. You can stop anytime; data deleted per Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
